After 9 played minutes FFC Merainies 03 got a freekick which was hit by Bert Bemmel. Melih Cevdet Peker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Fidan SK's Uğurcan Hedef got a free kick in the 19th minute. Fidan SK's Melih Cevdet Peker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Fidan SK from getting a goal against them. Gert Korevaars short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Melih Cevdet Peker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 25 minutes into the match, Fidan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Fenan Bemmel came free, but Melih Cevdet Peker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Huub Harmsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Paul Schuiling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halis Alpman, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Mutlu Özaltın came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Fidan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mutlu Özaltın couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FFC Merainies 03's zone, Kerem Civan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Paul Schuiling came out of the goal and Kerem Civan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jean-Paul Schuiling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halis Alpman, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Halis Alpman came free, but Jean-Paul Schuiling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gert Korevaar made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Gert Korevaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 51st minute, Uğurcan Hedef hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute, Fidan SK's Güney Ferhat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Fenan Bemmel's late challenge caught a Fidan SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fenan Bemmel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Fenan Bemmel got a free kick in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Telkamp in the 62nd minute of play forced Fidan SK's goalkeeper Melih Cevdet Peker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidan SK's Melih Cevdet Peker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Telkamp in the 64th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Kerem Civan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jean-Paul Schuiling quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kerem Civan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Jean-Paul Schuiling when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jean-Paul Schuiling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uğurcan Hedef, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute Halis Alpman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Paul Schuiling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidan SK's Melih Cevdet Peker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Telkamp in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fidan SK's Uğurcan Hedef got a free kick in the 91st minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
