The referee ignored Deportivo Pergamino's protests and gave Apolo Santos a yellow card for diving instead. When Leif Classon came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ralles Bollklubb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Classon couldn't finish the play. Augustus Batalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Eneko in the 93rd minute of the match. Ralles Bollklubb's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
