Co Gøte started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Cayetano Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Leclerc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique Lara during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 12 minutes into the game, JS 22's Co Gøte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Leclerc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Co Gøte in the 18th minute of play. Carlos Leclerc came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by JS 22's Saverio Sindo. But to his dismay, Saverio Sindo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in JS 22's zone, Francisco da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Steffens came out of the goal and Francisco da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeu Prestes in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robert Steffens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Arí Vidal hit a great ball. The supporters of JS 22 booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes of play, JS 22's Cayetano Gonsalve made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Leclerc was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, JS 22's Gaspar Aurken got a free kick in the 43rd minute. JS 22's Robert Steffens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save JS 22 from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santos Iago during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 52 played minutes JS 22 got a freekick which was hit by Santos Iago. JS 22's Robert Steffens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Prestes in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Jumeuc Futebol Clube booed when JS 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Gonsalve didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Co Gøte in the 64th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Carlos Leclerc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Steffens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamilton Luis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Co Gøte fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JS 22's protests and gave Co Gøte a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes JS 22 got a freekick which was hit by Co Gøte. 73 minutes into the game, Hamilton Luis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Robert Steffens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Jeremias Linhares got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. After having played for 82 minutes, Francisco da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco da Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, JS 22's Gaspar Aurken seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gaspar Aurken the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of JS 22 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gaspar Aurken had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. JS 22:s Robert Steffens showed great skill when he stopped Jeremias Linhares:s penalty. JS 22's Robert Steffens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Prestes in the 91st minute of play. The JS 22 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing JS 22 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
