Robert Steffens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barnabé Dambrine showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Robert Steffens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigue Davoust, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Palban in the 13th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Régis Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Les Pionniers de Touraine's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Palban came free, but Régis Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Régis Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Palban in the 13th minute of play. Robert Steffens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnabé Dambrine in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute Barnabé Dambrine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Steffens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Robert Steffens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 25th minute Cayetano Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Régis Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Palban in the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to JS 22 getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Saverio Sindo hit a great ball. Barnabé Dambrine's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Robert Steffens firmly grabbed it by the left post. 37 minutes into the game, Barnabé Dambrine recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robert Steffens. Barnabé Dambrine showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Les Pionniers de Touraine's Rodrigue Davoust slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robert Steffens. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play. Ibrahim Chapalain might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Steffens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ibrahim Chapalain ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barnabé Dambrine to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Baumar in the 55th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Régis Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Co Gøte came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the JS 22 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Co Gøte couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Régis Bastian got control of the ball when Cayetano Gonsalve tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute, JS 22's Cayetano Gonsalve dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. A collision led to JS 22 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Co Gøte hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Co Gøte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Régis Bastian managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when JS 22's Everardo Palban fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Régis Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Co Gøte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Régis Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Sindo in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Régis Bastian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquilino Baumar. Régis Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Co Gøte in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Régis Bastian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cayetano Gonsalve. Everardo Palban took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Régis Bastian. Régis Bastian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Régis Bastian made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Co Gøte sent off a good shot on target. Co Gøte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Régis Bastian made a huge save. When Joris Le Tiec fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les Pionniers de Touraine's protests and gave Joris Le Tiec a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 minutes, Saverio Sindo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JS 22 and the Les Pionniers de Touraine players grew even worse after the yellow card. Régis Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Co Gøte in the 93rd minute of the match. Les Pionniers de Touraine were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of JS 22 for a fine match.
