Picanya FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Diego Tristan scored to the left of an out of position Pepito Riba, making the score, 1-0. In the 6thth minute of the game Diego Tristan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Picanya FC's Pepito Riba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zosimo Helguera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Comizzo having to interfere. Pepito Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Ball, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavril Bobei kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Frechoso Sanz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Comizzo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Tristan came free, but Pepito Riba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernie Ball could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Pepito Riba made a huge save. Angel Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Pascua in the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Zosimo Helguera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernie Ball kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pepito Riba. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. Pepito Riba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Tristan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Diego Tristan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Pepito Riba made a huge save. After having played for 45 minutes, 김 천 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Picanya FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 김 천 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A sloppy throw-in by Christoph Kannegiesser in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Gavril Bobei. Pepito Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Ball, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the game, Diego Tristan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Picanya FC the free kick. Ernie Ball kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Angel Comizzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee ignored Picanya FC's protests and gave Qwinton Pedrosa a yellow card for diving instead. Qwinton Pedrosa hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Tristan came free, but Pepito Riba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pepito Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Tristan in the 95th minute of the match. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
