The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Åke Wenerdahl's late challenge caught a MILAN COLOMBIANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Wenerdahl helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Hummerfiskarna got a freekick which was hit by Åke Wenerdahl. After some careless play in the Hummerfiskarna defense, Ariel Tiadoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gottfrid Kullander. The Hummerfiskarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gottfrid Kullander should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute Malcolm Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Cordarrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Biörling's late challenge caught a MILAN COLOMBIANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Siro Cordarrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Göransson in the 43rd minute of the match. Noah Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Hummerfiskarna getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Noah Eriksson hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Milito was the one to do the kick off. If Malcolm Göransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noah Eriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Siro Cordarrell came out and tried to block the shot, but Noah Eriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 55th minute. After 58 minutes, Juanpi Sorin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MILAN COLOMBIANO and the Hummerfiskarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hummerfiskarna booed when MILAN COLOMBIANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juanpi Sorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Noah Eriksson took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Siro Cordarrell to make any attempt to save it. In the 66th minute, Ernst Skog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When André Carlsson came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Hummerfiskarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Carlsson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Egun in the 80th minute of play forced Hummerfiskarna's goalkeeper Gottfrid Kullander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Egun took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gottfrid Kullander. Gottfrid Kullander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The supporters of MILAN COLOMBIANO booed when Hummerfiskarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Palmquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Hummerfiskarna supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hummerfiskarna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
