The crowd rose to their feet as Classe A Futebol Clube's Tarzan Boy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christer Kullander. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. 22 minutes into the game, Tarzan Boy recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christer Kullander. Tarzan Boy showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 26th minute, Adrianinho Jacinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Tarzan Boy sped through Team Rocco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christer Kullander. Fredrik Bjurström scored 3-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doriva Simão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Classe A Futebol Clube booed when Team Rocco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Överman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Team Rocco made a substitution. Elof Mager replaced Viggo Mellbad. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Olof Hedling to make the kick off. Team Rocco's Christer Kullander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Black Leão in the 53rd minute of play. Doriva Simão was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fred Kilstedt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 59 minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Classe A Futebol Clube's Black Leão made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Kullander was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Classe A Futebol Clube's Doriva Simão got control of the ball when Jan-Olof Hedling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thomas Runeberg lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Team Rocco fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Doriva Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Billberg in the 77th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Sven-Olof Blomqvist put it in 6-4 from a short distance just to the right of Christer Kullander. In the 84th match minute, Classe A Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Black Leão to maneuver through the defense. Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarzan Boy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
