Doriva Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Cunha in the 11th minute of the match. Classe A Futebol Clube's Doriva Simão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor Hernández in the 15th minute of play. Doriva Simão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Héctor Hernández went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Toninho Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Salah in the 21st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tarzan Boy got free with Toninho Schmidt in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doriva Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor Hernández, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Classe A Futebol Clube got a corner. MAZER SAF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adrianinho Jacinto ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, Classe A Futebol Clube's Toninho Schmidt threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matheus Cunha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, MAZER SAF's Toninho Schmidt got control of the ball when Tarzan Boy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doriva Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Motta in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goalkeeper Toninho Schmidt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Salah. Thiago Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardinho Cunha during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, MAZER SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Classe A Futebol Clube's Doriva Simão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Recife in the 72nd minute of play. Doriva Simão was a little too slow when Thiago Motta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-2. 75 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Salah came free, but Toninho Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toninho Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Black Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Doriva Simão was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Héctor Hernández showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 78 minute of play. Thiago Motta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Doriva Simão made a huge save. A collision led to MAZER SAF getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Cristian Aurre hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Olof Blomqvist in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toninho Schmidt saved MAZER SAF from getting behind. Toninho Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarzan Boy in the 88th minute of the match. If Mohamed Salah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MAZER SAF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
