But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Bilos couldn't finish the play. A nice corner shot did that Alonzo Rito got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stipe Pletikosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 73 minutes into the match, Urko FC's Primitivo Vermudo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stipe Pletikosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Urko FC's Edelmiro Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Telesforo in the 76th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Urko FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Bilos. After 84 minutes of play, Spams's Melchor Theodore made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edelmiro Haimar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Bilos came free, but Stipe Pletikosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stipe Pletikosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Leocadio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th match minute, Urko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Ermano to maneuver through the defense. The Urko FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Urko FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
