Mats Elg was slow to take the kick. During this time Brothers of Mercy's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Mats Elg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ForestFire's Wes Gillespie did a great save. Wes Gillespie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Ahlgren went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Harry Vedholm came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by ForestFire's Tuan Zimmerman. But to his dismay, Tuan Zimmerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Harry Vedholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lane Martinez in the 14th minute of the match. Brothers of Mercy's Harry Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuan Zimmerman in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Lane Martinez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Vedholm. Brothers of Mercy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lane Martinez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 19th minute Jonathan Ahlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wes Gillespie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Ahlgren got free with Wes Gillespie in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to ForestFire getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cary Griggs hit a great ball. Mats Elg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wes Gillespie. ForestFire's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 26 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Brothers of Mercy's Jonathan Ahlgren fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Wes Gillespie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lane Martinez in the 29th minute of play forced Brothers of Mercy's goalkeeper Harry Vedholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes, Mats Elg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brothers of Mercy and the ForestFire players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes Brothers of Mercy got a freekick which was hit by Mats Elg. When Brothers of Mercy's Jonathan Ahlgren in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Wes Gillespie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Ahlgren in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wes Gillespie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adam Sjögren got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Brothers of Mercy getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Adam Sjögren hit a great ball. With a little luck, Brothers of Mercy's Harry Vedholm got control of the ball when Lane Martinez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harry Vedholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milo Blanco in the 84th minute of the match. Brothers of Mercy's Harry Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lane Martinez in the 86th minute of play. Brothers of Mercy's Kenny Siöberg was substituted for Arvin Lundkvist. Nevada Sierra hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lane Martinez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Harry Vedholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Överman in the 92nd minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Wes Gillespie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brothers of Mercy's Harry Vedholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Brothers of Mercy from getting a goal against them.
