Hahay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sylwester Golaszewski in the 4th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sylwester Golaszewski in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolf Holmgren saved General Velásquez from getting behind. Gustav Tidéksson's late challenge caught a Hahay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Tidéksson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to General Velásquez getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gustav Tidéksson hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Sylwester Golaszewski had to leave the field with a concussion. Shi Fan Rong's late challenge caught a Hahay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shi Fan Rong helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Shi Fan Rong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shi Fan Rong kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind General Velásquez's goalkeeper Rolf Holmgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Cezary Domarecki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolf Holmgren. The goal made the score 2-0. Rolf Holmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Zakrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Smuskiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Irigoyen in the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Domarecki in the 28th minute of play forced General Velásquez's goalkeeper Rolf Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Irigoyen in the 31st minute of play. After 31st play minutes Guntademaro Goyenechea shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Edgar Smuskiewicz and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, General Velásquez's Rolf Holmgren got control of the ball when Cezary Domarecki tried to sneak it across the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, General Velásquez's goalkeeper Rolf Holmgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezary Domarecki. Rolf Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuelo Oñez y Loyola in the 45th minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute of the match General Velásquez got a corner. Hahay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teofan Bozadzhiyski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Cezary Domarecki made the kick off in the second half. Edgar Smuskiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuelo Oñez y Loyola's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Manuelo Oñez y Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. General Velásquez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuelo Oñez y Loyola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marek Kaider blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolf Holmgren having to make a save. Rolf Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 60th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Cezary Domarecki heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Hahay from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guntademaro Goyenechea. Rolf Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Domarecki in the 66th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as General Velásquez's Apolo Irigoyen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgar Smuskiewicz. That made the score 2-2 after 69 minutes of play. General Velásquez's Jorge Vicente Squella was substituted for Apolo Irigoyen. With a little luck, Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz got control of the ball when Jorge Vicente Squella tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boruc Radzyminski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hahay made a substitution. Damian Miodek replaced Marek Kaider. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezary Domarecki in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolf Holmgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, General Velásquez's Jorge Vicente Squella made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Smuskiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnold Schwarzenegger lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for General Velásquez! Basilio Nataniel placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The Hahay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching General Velásquez's performance. The match ended with a win for General Velásquez.
