Without hesitation aimed to the right of Harry Kane, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan da Fonseca in the 16th minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Murillo Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murillo Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan da Fonseca in the 17th minute of the match. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Dracena in the 58th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Harry Kane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ye Xiang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Giuseppe Negri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Qiang Sang in the 91st minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Murillo Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
