After 17 minutes, Roman Weterio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Volvimos mejores and the Winthont FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Volvimos mejores getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Roman Weterio hit a great ball. If Kadim Argun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacob Hauvers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Habakkuk Shearer in the 20th minute. Jacob Hauvers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Bonadona, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Habakkuk Shearer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadim Argun in the 26th minute of play forced Volvimos mejores's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Vedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadim Argun in the 34th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Eurico Lima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacob Hauvers was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th minute of the match Volvimos mejores got a corner. Winthont FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Masao Koriotto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Masao Koriotto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Winthont FC's Jacob Hauvers did a great save. In the 40th minute Kadim Argun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kadim Argun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Eurico Lima made the kick off in the second half. Leandro Hoffmann's late challenge caught a Volvimos mejores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Hoffmann helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Winthont FC's Leandro Hoffmann got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Slim Shady was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winthont FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Volvimos mejores the free kick. The supporters of Volvimos mejores booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slim Shady didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kadim Argun fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Winthont FC's protests and gave Kadim Argun a yellow card for diving instead. Winthont FC's Anselmo Dantas was substituted for Kadim Argun. Volvimos mejores's Bernabe Batista was substituted for Eurico Lima. In the 62nd minute, Kadim Argun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's Anselmo Dantas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Vedillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jacob Hauvers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Volvimos mejores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Urtats didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 minutes of play, Winthont FC's Anselmo Dantas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Vedillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the match, Volvimos mejores's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Dantas. Brian Broby charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Broby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Broby to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Vedillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Dantas in the 81st minute. With an all-out effort, Winthont FC's Jeremias Vedillo threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Brian Broby, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 94 minutes into the match, Volvimos mejores's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Dantas. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Winthont FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
