The Los Gallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Slipmaskinerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Abellan scored 2-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Stenkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfons Norberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, one of Slipmaskinerna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Slipmaskinerna. When the match had been going on for 15 minutes, Los Gallos's Marcos Abellan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Robert Stenkvist. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Primitivo Tibalt got a free kick in the 18th minute. Alf Brolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sérgio Goycochea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Marcos Abellan made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Slipmaskinerna's Robert Stenkvist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute of the match Los Gallos got a corner. Slipmaskinerna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Muni Cero ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Primitivo Tibalt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Amaya in the 31st minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Robert Stenkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Stenkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Abellan in the 32nd minute. The attack was good, but when Arnoldo Amaya in the 61st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Los Gallos's attentive Tom Misaki managed to snatch the ball when Marcus Drewitz made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. Robert Stenkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Amaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Los Gallos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Muni Cero in the 73rd minute. Robert Stenkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Amaya went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Arnoldo Amaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Gallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Los Gallos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
