Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Klint in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils-Åke Simonsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Pihl United's Nils-Åke Simonsson got control of the ball when Big Dickey tried to sneak it across the goal line. Franz Kühne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thierry Henry in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Pihl United were awarded a corner. Karl-Johan Billock went to the cornerflag to take it. 18 minutes into the match, Pihl United's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Simonsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Big Dickey. Franz Kühne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Hawk Tuah FC's Big Dickey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Åke Simonsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Big Dickey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Åke Simonsson having to make a save. 24 minutes into the match, Pihl United's goalkeeper Nils-Åke Simonsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Big Dickey. A collision led to Pihl United getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Egil Stenqvist hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Hawk Tuah FC's Big Dickey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Åke Simonsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nils-Åke Simonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Klint, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, Hawk Tuah FC's Big Dickey made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Åke Simonsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Thierry Henry made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Big Dickey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils-Åke Simonsson. Pihl United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Big Dickey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Pihl United's Nils-Åke Simonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Big Dickey in the 54th minute of play. Nils-Åke Simonsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Hawk Tuah FC's Sonic Supereko was substituted for Big Dickey. Hawk Tuah FC's Marcial Montrell was substituted for Rikard Klint. Hawk Tuah FC's Froilan Reno was substituted for Sakarias Linberg. Nils-Åke Simonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonic Supereko in the 67th minute of play. Nils-Åke Simonsson came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Hawk Tuah FC's Sonic Supereko. But to his dismay, Sonic Supereko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Franz Kühne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Gallberg's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Franz Kühne made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thierry Henry in the 75th minute. The audience was convinced that Sonic Supereko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils-Åke Simonsson was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 85 minutes into the game, Sven-Olof Wästerberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hawk Tuah FC's Sonic Supereko quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 87th minute Sonic Supereko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Åke Simonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils-Åke Simonsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Hawk Tuah FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
