Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when David Elorri made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Falcor Athletic Club's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Lauro came free, but Nunez Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Estebano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Nunez Iruinea made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Vicente Estebano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Argentino's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Estebano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nunez Iruinea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nunez Iruinea made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when David Mattin sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the game, Candido Lauro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nunez Iruinea. Candido Lauro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candido Lauro in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Iruinea saved Falcor Athletic Club from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Falcor Athletic Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Paio came free, but Nunez Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nunez Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Lauro in the 23rd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Vicente Estebano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Argentino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falcor Athletic Club the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Atlético Argentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Estebano to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute Cleto Paio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Iruinea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Iruinea made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Vicente Estebano sent off a good shot on target. Falcor Athletic Club's Nunez Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Paio in the 42nd minute of play. David Mattin hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes Falcor Athletic Club got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Eufemio. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Candido Lauro was the one to do the kick off. Falcor Athletic Club's Nunez Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Paio in the 52nd minute of play. Vicente Estebano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Paio scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Iruinea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vicente Estebano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Nunez Iruinea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nunez Iruinea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Paio in the 64th minute of play. Cleto Paio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Iruinea having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Vicente Estebano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Nunez Iruinea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th match minute, Atlético Argentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Lauro to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes Atlético Argentino got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Estebano. Leon Urtzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Elorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nunez Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Paio in the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cleto Paio in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nunez Iruinea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Falcor Athletic Club's zone, Cleto Paio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Iruinea came out of the goal and Cleto Paio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Elorri in the 97th minute of the match. Atlético Argentino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
