Eustaquio Oxarra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos Vander in the 3rd minute. When Antônio Carlos Vander fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vista Alegre FC's protests and gave Antônio Carlos Vander a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vista Alegre FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Antônio Carlos Vander hit a great ball. Angelino Oinatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Angelino Oinatz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Regresado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With his leg Eustaquio Oxarra managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Vista Alegre FC's Antônio Carlos Vander fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 17 minutes into the match, Regresado's goalkeeper Eustaquio Oxarra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Carlos Vander. In the 18th minute, Egídio Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Oxarra made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Antônio Carlos Vander sent off a good shot on target. When Regresado's Guillermo Garin in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vista Alegre FC's goalie prevented a goal. Zacarias Escobar struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Hortêncio Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Regresado. Angelino Oinatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Senna having to interfere. Vista Alegre FC's Hortêncio Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Escobar in the 36th minute of play. Angelino Oinatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Regresado's Eustaquio Oxarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Negri in the 44th minute of play. Eustaquio Oxarra was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dalmo Rosa.

Zacarias Escobar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Hortêncio Senna made a huge save. 59 minutes into the game, Antônio Carlos Vander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Eustaquio Oxarra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Vander in the 68th minute of play forced Regresado's goalkeeper Eustaquio Oxarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vista Alegre FC's Hortêncio Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Vista Alegre FC from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Antônio Carlos Vander sped through Regresado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eustaquio Oxarra. Osvaldo Negri took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Oxarra. Eustaquio Oxarra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 82 minutes into the match, Guillermo Garin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hortêncio Senna, 5-2. If Ediberto Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jefferson Matorin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Oxarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 95 played minutes Regresado got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Garin. For all the effort they put into the match, the Regresado players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vista Alegre FC.
