Alberigo Cavallaro came out and tried to block the shot, but Joélson Godoi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Igor Alagoano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Fantauzzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Enzo Fantauzzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Roma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alberigo Cavallaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guto Mattos in the 22nd minute. With 25 minutes on the clock, Samuca Rossi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Rui Branco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alberigo Cavallaro. The wind increased when Afonsinho Cearense made the kick off in the second half. Atletico Roma's Alberigo Cavallaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho Cearense in the 94th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
