Antônio Rezende was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Clóvis Corrêa fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 20 DE SETEMBRO's protests and gave Clóvis Corrêa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A Gryffindor booed when 20 DE SETEMBRO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clóvis Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the C.A Gryffindor defense, Clóvis Corrêa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antônio Rezende. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celso Montenegro was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Clóvis Corrêa got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Alessandro Neves took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Antônio Rezende to make any attempt to save it. In the 59th match minute, C.A Gryffindor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Clóvis Corrêa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antônio Rezende. The goal made the score 0-5. C.A Gryffindor's Antônio Rezende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save C.A Gryffindor from getting a goal against them. After 83 played minutes Clóvis Corrêa rounded C.A Gryffindor's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Antônio Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clóvis Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celso Montenegro during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Clóvis Corrêa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. 20 DE SETEMBRO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
