Călin Boteanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute Rudy Yi-Sheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nagrand booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihail Aldea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Zak Choy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Boteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudy Yi-Sheng in the 33rd minute of play. Călin Boteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskandar Phua in the 34th minute of the match. Remus Șerbulea hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Didi Chandran came free, but Călin Boteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nagrand's Alam Dyce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Nagrand from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Rednic got free with Alam Dyce in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, Adam Rednic notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Nagrand's Alam Dyce. Alam Dyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Nagrand booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sever Colin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Rednic stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With 54 minutes on the clock, Remus Elisei commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 54 minutes into the game, one of DINAMO:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 59 played minutes Nagrand got a freekick which was hit by Didi Kool. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sever Colin during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Eugen Bobocea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Chai in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Călin Boteanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes in the game, Iskandar Phua fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Călin Boteanu having to interfere. Ali Chai took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Boteanu. Călin Boteanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 75th minute, Rudy Yi-Sheng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nagrand's Alam Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Rednic in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Afiz Hee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugen Bobocea during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Remus Șerbulea hit a great ball. DINAMO's Călin Boteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iskandar Phua in the 86th minute of play. Emanuel Ardeleanu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Călin Boteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afiz Hee, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Iskandar Phua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Remus Șerbulea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DINAMO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nagrand the free kick. In the 93rd minute, Remus Șerbulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Laycock charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Laycock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Nagrand got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Laycock. Iskandar Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 101st minute of the match Rudy Yi-Sheng shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Călin Boteanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nagrand's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
