Spectators: 6265 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 15) Baraja Española FC's Santos Mitxel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Phillip Mhlongo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Eliu in the 5th minute of play. After some careless play in the Eiffel defense, Roberto Nazario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Phillip Mhlongo. The Eiffel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Phillip Mhlongo should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Eiffel booed when Baraja Española FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Ovando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baraja Española FC's Alejandro Rivero was substituted for Ulises Argoitz. After a rather tough play, Baraja Española FC's Diego Ovando got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Ranolfo in the 14th minute of play forced Eiffel's goalkeeper Phillip Mhlongo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Eiffel getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jocob Modise hit a great ball. Phillip Mhlongo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Nazario in the 25th minute of play. Amado Osmundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tyrell Klein in the 29th minute of the match. Phillip Mhlongo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Baraja Española FC's Osvaldo Ranolfo. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Ranolfo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Ranolfo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Eiffel's Phillip Mhlongo. Phillip Mhlongo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Phillip Mhlongo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Mitxel, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The Eiffel players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Baraja Española FC were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tyrell Klein to make the kick off. Nicholas Radebe hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Phillip Mhlongo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Roberto Nazario. When Mando Modise came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Eiffel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mando Modise couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Eiffel's Phillip Mhlongo got control of the ball when Alejandro Rivero tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyrell Klein in the 67th minute of play forced Baraja Española FC's goalkeeper Amado Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Nicholas Radebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Diego Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Santos Mitxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Mhlongo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Mnisi in the 88th minute of play forced Baraja Española FC's goalkeeper Amado Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Eiffel's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Mitxel came free, but Phillip Mhlongo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
