Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Calesso FC's Adhemar Valle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Erasmo Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calesso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mosbius Designs the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Cheche in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giovani Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cayetano Gaxan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With his leg Ricardo Ortzi managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Calesso FC's Adhemar Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Walmyr Bezerra hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Mosbius Designs's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Valle came free, but Ricardo Ortzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Erasmo Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 minutes of play, Mosbius Designs's Isidoro Cheche made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giovani Moura was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Hermínio Vergílio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calesso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermínio Vergílio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Ortzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calesso FC's Giovani Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Galo in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murillo Salles during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 39 minutes, Guaberto Galo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mosbius Designs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Galo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giovani Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Cheche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Mosbius Designs getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alonzo Cuartio hit a great ball. Calesso FC's Hermínio Vergílio got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guaberto Galo was the one to do the kick off. Hermínio Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Ortzi having to interfere. In the 66thth minute of the game Isidoro Cheche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calesso FC's Giovani Moura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardo Ortzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Valle in the 71st minute of the match. Hilario Barea kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Calesso FC's goalkeeper Giovani Moura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Galo. When Cayetano Gaxan fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mosbius Designs's protests and gave Cayetano Gaxan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Calesso FC booed when Mosbius Designs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Gaxan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murillo Salles hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match.
