Cazimir Zăraşcu started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Edgar Tarcu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kacper Japola. Edgar Tarcu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sparta LKS's Kacper Japola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Tarcu in the 7th minute of play. Kacper Japola made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Cazimir Zăraşcu sent off a good shot on target. Kacper Japola was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but George Vâlcu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. The supporters of Sparta LKS booed when Champions Iasi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Albescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Edgar Tarcu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kacper Japola. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Costică Perșa got a free kick in the 24th minute. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Trojanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Sparta LKS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cazimir Zăraşcu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sparta LKS's Kacper Japola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Zăraşcu in the 41st minute of play. George Vâlcu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Kacper Japola made a huge save. Kacper Japola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cazimir Zăraşcu in the 44th minute of play. George Vâlcu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kacper Japola having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludomir Koperski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute George Vâlcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Japola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Wladyslaw Kajdasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sparta LKS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wladyslaw Kajdasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Champions Iasi's George Vâlcu tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sergiu Angheluță yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. After a rather tough play, Sparta LKS's Waclaw Cetnar got a free kick in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Ludomir Koperski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sparta LKS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludomir Koperski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergiu Angheluță breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, Cazimir Zăraşcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kacper Japola. Sparta LKS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cazimir Zăraşcu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Vâlcu in the 89th minute of play forced Sparta LKS's goalkeeper Kacper Japola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Champions Iasi's Sergiu Angheluță got control of the ball when Wladyslaw Kajdasz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Cazimir Zăraşcu made a precise shot to the right of Kacper Japola. Sparta LKS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2.
