Spectators: 7519 (Terracing: 5640, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adhemar da Fonseca took the kick off in the first half of the match. Egídio Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Joachim in the 2nd minute of play. A collision led to Xurupita FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Denílson Salgado hit a great ball. Egídio Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Ruisko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Xurupita FC's Dalmo Carneiro got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Adhemar da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yan Rosado struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Anier Cristos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xurupita FC. Anier Cristos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serginho Dionísio went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Yan Rosado fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xurupita FC's protests and gave Yan Rosado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Yan Rosado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adhemar da Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xurupita FC's Egídio Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Batistuta in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Xurupita FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Serginho Dionísio hit a great ball. After 27 played minutes Federales FC Ψ OFF got a freekick which was hit by Javier Mero. Xurupita FC's Adhemar da Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bernardino Ruisko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adilson Pereira's late challenge caught a Federales FC Ψ OFF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adilson Pereira helped the player get up and apologised. Adilson Pereira hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The supporters of Xurupita FC booed when Federales FC Ψ OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Xurupita FC defense, Ricardo Dolfo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egídio Pirani. The Xurupita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egídio Pirani should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adhemar da Fonseca in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Cristos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriel-Omar Batistuta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Adhemar da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Cristos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Ricardo Dolfo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egídio Pirani. Xurupita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Dolfo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 62nd minute Gabriel-Omar Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Xurupita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Adhemar da Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anier Cristos having to make a save. Xurupita FC's Egídio Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Dolfo in the 76th minute of play. Egídio Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Dolfo in the 76th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Gabriel-Omar Batistuta made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egídio Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adilson Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Javier Mero succeeded in the game's 85th minute to get real power on a long shot . Xurupita FC's Egídio Pirani hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 5-1! In the 90th minute Serginho Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Cristos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Batistuta in the 92nd minute of play forced Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Egídio Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Bernardino Ruisko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Egídio Pirani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. There was no doubt that Federales FC Ψ OFF were the better team. Federales FC Ψ OFF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
