After 6 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Blandón Veladiez. Attilio Di Tullio struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Quiñónez Louzara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Old BaoBaB Accademy. Alfredo Alati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Quiñónez Louzara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Graus made in the 13th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ximenes Coz immediately put the ball in play. Quiñónez Louzara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Schirone in the 26th minute of play. If Alfredo Alati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Blandón Veladiez. After 43 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Graus. Attilio Di Tullio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quiñónez Louzara having to interfere. Ennio Beattie kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

José-Francisco Esparza made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Blandón Veladiez immediately put the ball in play. Quiñónez Louzara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Di Tullio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the game, Victoro Bullan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Philotimo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Old BaoBaB Accademy the free kick. After 66 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Victoro Bullan. Old BaoBaB Accademy's attentive Ennio Beattie managed to snatch the ball when José-Francisco Esparza made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Attilio Di Tullio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Quiñónez Louzara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attilio Di Tullio's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Attilio Di Tullio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Attilio Di Tullio got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, FC Philotimo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anangonó Villabedon to maneuver through the defense. Attilio Di Tullio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quiñónez Louzara having to interfere. Alfredo Alati's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quiñónez Louzara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Quiñónez Louzara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Alati, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Blandón Veladiez charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blandón Veladiez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes FC Philotimo got a freekick which was hit by Blandón Veladiez. Old BaoBaB Accademy were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Philotimo to leave the ground with a draw.
