Bloodthirsty FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Holger Lindholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of União Agrícola Barbarense booed when Bloodthirsty FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimir Valadares got free with Aleksander Smefeldt in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gunnar Björnberg was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, União Agrícola Barbarense's Carlos Alberto de Salles made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aleksander Smefeldt was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Vladimir Valadares put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aleksander Smefeldt. Delfim Melo took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aleksander Smefeldt. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimir Valadares in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aleksander Smefeldt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th match minute, União Agrícola Barbarense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Valadares to maneuver through the defense. Zé Roberto Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunnar Björnberg in the 76th minute.
