The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paolo Montoro kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to Altos Gatos FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Isidro Errapel hit a great ball. The supporters of BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM booed when Altos Gatos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Bernaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Quinton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerardo Quinton's late challenge caught a BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Quinton helped the player get up and apologised. Gerardo Quinton hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Paolo Montoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Montoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Paulin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Paolo Montoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Altos Gatos FC's Antonio Paulin got control of the ball when Paolo Montoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Paolo Montoro got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Arsenio Eguen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laurendi Astiategui. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Altos Gatos FC's Cosme Pacorro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laurendi Astiategui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Florinio Gayangos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jose Florinio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laurendi Astiategui. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Altos Gatos FC's Antonio Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florinio Gayangos in the 41st minute of play. Ysmael Tercero charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ysmael Tercero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ysmael Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jose Florinio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laurendi Astiategui. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 48 played minutes, Altos Gatos FC's Arsenio Eguen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laurendi Astiategui came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Altos Gatos FC reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cosme Pacorro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Bernaldo in the 53rd minute of play forced BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper Laurendi Astiategui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Laurendi Astiategui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM from getting a goal against them. Antonio Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romildo Varsana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romildo Varsana took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Paulin. Antonio Paulin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 62 played minutes BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Romildo Varsana. Antonio Paulin came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Florinio Gayangos. But to his dismay, Florinio Gayangos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Antonio Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florinio Gayangos in the 72nd minute of play. Antonio Paulin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florinio Gayangos went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Antonio Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florinio Gayangos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florinio Gayangos scored 5-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Paulin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antonio Paulin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romildo Varsana in the 83rd minute of the match. After 86 played minutes BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Ysmael Tercero. In the 88th minute of the match, Cosme Pacorro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Laurendi Astiategui saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 95th minute Florinio Gayangos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Paulin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
