Spectators: 7616 (Terracing: 5714, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Saturnino Quinton started the match with the kick off. Saturnino Quinton took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Smed. Folke Smed dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Tadeo Eleazar fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SABALEPLUS's protests and gave Tadeo Eleazar a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes SABALEPLUS got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Eleazar. Oscar Bäcklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Ondino having to interfere. When Fabian Flores fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SABALEPLUS's protests and gave Fabian Flores a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, SABALEPLUS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Flores to maneuver through the defense. Oldham Athletic's Jimmy Linquist got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, SABALEPLUS's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Hökkvist came free, but Gavino Ondino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Cristian Castillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Castillo in the 17th minute of play forced Oldham Athletic's goalkeeper Folke Smed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Oldham Athletic's Oscar Bäcklin got a free kick in the 19th minute. Folke Smed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Castillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Cristian Castillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Folke Smed. Oldham Athletic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Castillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 0-3 became the score in the 34th minute when Cristian Castillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 40th minute Oldham Athletic were awarded a corner. Jimmy Linquist went to the cornerflag to take it. Oldham Athletic's Jimmy Linquist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gavino Ondino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 44th minute Saturnino Quinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Erik Fransson to make the kick off. 0-4 became the score in the 52nd minute when Cristian Castillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Osvaldo Sol kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Fabian Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Castillo got free with Folke Smed in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Folke Smed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Quinton in the 71st minute of play. The SABALEPLUS fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when SABALEPLUS's Cristian Castillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Oldham Athletic's Karl-Axel Bure was substituted for Karl-Erik Fransson. 79 minutes into the match, SABALEPLUS's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Bäcklin came free, but Gavino Ondino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Karl-Axel Bure put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Gavino Ondino. After 82 played minutes Oldham Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Söderberg. 88 minutes into the match, Oscar Bäcklin notched a goal, 2-7, to the right of SABALEPLUS's Gavino Ondino. Gavino Ondino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saturnino Quinton in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Smed saved Oldham Athletic from getting behind.
