Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amadeo Peter kicked off to start the match. Amadeo Peter took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Giorda. Alberto Giorda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alberto Giorda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Innocenzio in the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Merceron United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermanno Mammarella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Giorda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Peter in the 24th minute of play. Astor Firman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Mandelli in the 26th minute. If Amadeo Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Peter in the 29th minute of play forced Merceron United's goalkeeper Alberto Giorda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Carlo Mandelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merceron United's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlo Mandelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Firman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Amadeo Peter notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Merceron United's Alberto Giorda. Alberto Giorda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Augusto Furia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merceron United's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Furia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Firman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlo Mandelli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Astor Firman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Peter in the 45th minute of play forced Merceron United's goalkeeper Alberto Giorda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Carlo Mandelli made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlo Mandelli in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Firman saved Errecaborda AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Merceron United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Mandelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Amadeo Peter came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Errecaborda AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Peter couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Ermanno Mammarella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nestor Vellito fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Errecaborda AFC's protests and gave Nestor Vellito a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Vellito. In the 72nd match minute, Merceron United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Colecchia to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Ihazintu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Merceron United's Alberto Giorda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Peter in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Samuel Ihazintu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Giorda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 79 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Mandelli came free, but Astor Firman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlo Mandelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Firman having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Merceron United's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Peter came free, but Alberto Giorda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Benjamin Etxepare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Merceron United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Amadeo Peter scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Giorda, making the score, 0-4.
