The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian Matorin got free with Grozdan Cof in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Adilson Coutinho fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s protests and gave Adilson Coutinho a yellow card for diving instead. Adilson Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Demis Avšar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® and the Verissimo KFCH F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® got a freekick which was hit by Demis Avšar. Grozdan Cof came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Wilian Matorin. But to his dismay, Wilian Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 17th minute Adilson Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grozdan Cof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s goalkeeper Grozdan Cof had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilian Matorin. In the 22nd minute, Verjano Mihalič left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dean Blagotinšek hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Wilian Matorin got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 30 minutes on the clock, Dean Blagotinšek commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Verissimo KFCH F.C.:s goal. Grozdan Cof had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Wilian Matorin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Grozdan Cof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adilson Coutinho in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Giuseppe Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adilson Coutinho got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Verissimo KFCH F.C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Adilson Coutinho hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian Matorin got free with Grozdan Cof in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Dieguinho da Silva hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Wilian Matorin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilian Matorin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grozdan Cof showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilian Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Décio da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. A collision led to AISNEREN PATRIOTS ® getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Toni Ivanović hit a great ball. Gerson Munhoz was slow to take the kick. During this time Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s Grozdan Cof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato de Queirós in the 88th minute of play. After 89 minutes AISNEREN PATRIOTS ®'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gerson Munhoz who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Gerson Munhoz to fire away a dangerous shot which Grozdan Cof despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 96th minute, Manuel Bezerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verissimo KFCH F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
