Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ege Yura took the kick off in the first half of the match. Yalçın Eryilmaz kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Ege Yuras short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Conan Worth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kıvanç Geylanoğlu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, one of PoleStarIV:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PoleStarIV. Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Sly Baker's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn Osmond in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, PoleStarIV's Hüsnü Kökşin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conan Worth. Conan Worth yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Conan Worth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüsnü Kökşin in the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, PoleStarIV's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Blakewell came free, but Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüsnü Kökşin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes in the game, Hüsnü Kökşin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Conan Worth having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Blakewell in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin saved PoleStarIV from getting behind. Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Blakewell in the 32nd minute of the match. Hüsnü Kökşin might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conan Worth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hüsnü Kökşin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th match minute, PoleStarIV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zikri Makbul to maneuver through the defense. When Clapham Rovers's Freddy Blakewell in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PoleStarIV's goalie prevented a goal. Glenn Osmond hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddy Blakewell to make the kick off. PoleStarIV's Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save PoleStarIV from getting a goal against them. When Sabit Yanıker fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PoleStarIV's protests and gave Sabit Yanıker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Sabit Yanıker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sly Baker struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clapham Rovers. Freddy Blakewells short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 60 minutes into the match, PoleStarIV's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Child came free, but Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Marty Child fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 1-1 became the score in the 67th minute when Freddy Blakewell elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Freddy Blakewell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clapham Rovers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Clapham Rovers's Glenn Osmond. But to his dismay, Glenn Osmond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 84th minute, Freddy Blakewell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Şefik Zeynelabidin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Conan Worth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsnü Kökşin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clapham Rovers's Freddy Blakewell got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Clapham Rovers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Clapham Rovers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
