Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Zembrzuski in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Cavalcante in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachariasz Lichorobiec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Tomasz Czeszyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Monteiro was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Luiz Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Czeszyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Cavalcante made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Monteiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomasz Czeszyk. When Tomasz Czeszyk came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Sprzedawcy ogórków fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomasz Czeszyk couldn't finish the play. Tomasz Czeszyk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Luiz Monteiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eriberto Vale's late challenge caught a Sprzedawcy ogórków's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Vale helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Vale to maneuver through the defense. If Maciej Zembrzuski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomasz Czeszyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Montesclarense E.C. succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sprzedawcy ogórków had controlled the match.
