Ömer Rıza Yankı kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Julij Kac was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Muhsin Taze capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Muhsin Taze really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After 30 played minutes Blue Mountain State got a freekick which was hit by Necati Eripek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macit Zafer in the 33rd minute of play forced Fajteri's goalkeeper Julij Kac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Macit Zafer to make the kick off. Muhsin Taze kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Julij Kac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhsin Taze in the 57th minute of the match. Klavdijo Anžlovar's late challenge caught a Blue Mountain State's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klavdijo Anžlovar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Fajteri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klavdijo Anžlovar to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute Muhsin Taze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julij Kac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blue Mountain State's Kayhan Ermiye got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 81 minutes, Stašo Šiler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fajteri and the Blue Mountain State players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stašo Šiler kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Blue Mountain State's Yalçın Olgunay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Blue Mountain State from getting a goal against them. If Necati Eripek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macit Zafer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Julij Kac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92ndth minute of the game Necati Eripek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fajteri's Julij Kac was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armido Mikluž sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blue Mountain State's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
