Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jorge Cristofol took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kléberson Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Cristofol in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Guilherme Arantes during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Guilherme Arantes hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Ruperto Osmundo took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kléberson Ferreira. Kléberson Ferreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ruperto Osmundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kléberson Ferreira having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Casado in the 14th minute of play forced MARINUS MZC's goalkeeper Kléberson Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kléberson Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Osmundo in the 16th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind MARINUS MZC's goalkeeper Kléberson Ferreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alex Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Kléberson Ferreira came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by PLUMIN's Flavio Emeterio. But to his dismay, Flavio Emeterio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Serafino Rio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PLUMIN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MARINUS MZC the free kick. Francisco Rolado hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Arantes. Froilan Urtungo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Kléberson Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PLUMIN. 44 minutes into the game, Flavio Emeterio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PLUMIN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MARINUS MZC the free kick. In the 45th match minute, PLUMIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Emeterio to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Leonides Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Casado scored 0-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kléberson Ferreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the game, Vítor de Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MARINUS MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PLUMIN the free kick. A collision led to MARINUS MZC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vítor de Senna hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Rolado. Kléberson Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute Jorge Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléberson Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 72 minutes on the clock, Daniel Munhoz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of MARINUS MZC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PLUMIN:s goal. MARINUS MZC:s Kléberson Ferreira showed great skill when he stopped Jorge Cristofol:s penalty. With a little luck, MARINUS MZC's Kléberson Ferreira got control of the ball when Froilan Urtungo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of MARINUS MZC booed when PLUMIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Rio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kléberson Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Froilan Urtungo sent off a good shot on target. After 89 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Arantes. 95 minutes into the game, Francisco Rolado threw the ball into play from the sideline. MARINUS MZC's Alex Vianna quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, PLUMIN's Jorge Cristofol got a free kick in the 97th minute. PLUMIN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
