Pieter Altermatt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Fletcher Fügli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonides Matteo. That made the score 1-1 in the 7 minute of play. When Carlos Bartolome fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PLUMIN's protests and gave Carlos Bartolome a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Leonides Matteo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arnold Moos. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo got control of the ball when Olympio Bizier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tarada's Pieter Altermatt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Cristofol in the 17th minute of play. Pieter Altermatt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Urtungo in the 20th minute of play. Pieter Altermatt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st match minute, Tarada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnold Moos to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute of the match, Fletcher Fügli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonides Matteo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pieter Altermatt came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by PLUMIN's Maximino Casado. But to his dismay, Maximino Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ruperto Osmundo hit a great ball. In the 35th match minute, Tarada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnold Moos to maneuver through the defense. If Froilan Urtungo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pippin Naumann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Leonides Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Jorge Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pieter Altermatt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Cristofol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Olympio Bizier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonides Matteo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 68 minutes, Fletcher Fügli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarada and the PLUMIN players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fletcher Fügli kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Froilan Urtungo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pieter Altermatt came out and tried to block the shot, but Froilan Urtungo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 70th minute. Leverett Trierweiler hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Pieter Altermatt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 73rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jorge Cristofol. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Celedonio Urritz hit a great ball. Pieter Altermatt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cristofol in the 78th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the game, Leverett Trierweiler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PLUMIN the free kick. Leverett Trierweiler kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Jorge Cristofol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter Altermatt having to interfere. The PLUMIN players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
