An unexpectedly hard shot by Félix Pénzes in the 5th minute of play forced FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Audrius Dūdėnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 played minutes FC Pegasas Siauliai got a freekick which was hit by Adolfas Karanauskas. Endre Dénes's late challenge caught a FC Pegasas Siauliai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Endre Dénes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Rákóczifalva SE's Endre Dénes got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 13th minute, Dániel Kutasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juras Biknius got free with Gábor Vadas in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Marijus Guzas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pegasas Siauliai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of FC Pegasas Siauliai booed when Rákóczifalva SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilmos Horváth didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Gábor Vadas threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mantvydas Žalnerauskas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the FC Pegasas Siauliai defense, Dávid Ambrus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Audrius Dūdėnas. The FC Pegasas Siauliai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Audrius Dūdėnas should have stopped the shot. The referee showed Pál Fülöp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pál Fülöp kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Gábor Vadas made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Gintautas Jameikis sent off a good shot on target. After 42 minutes, Svajūnas Rupšys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pegasas Siauliai and the Rákóczifalva SE players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Svajūnas Rupšys got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Mantvydas Žalnerauskas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gábor Vadas, 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mantvydas Žalnerauskas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Marijus Guzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marijus Guzas scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gábor Vadas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Darijus Baltrūnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes, Rákóczifalva SE's Sándor Berényi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Audrius Dūdėnas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rákóczifalva SE reached it. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Audrius Dūdėnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pegasas Siauliai from getting a goal against them. Pál Fülöp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Audrius Dūdėnas having to interfere. In the 80th minute Félix Pénzes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Audrius Dūdėnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Audrius Dūdėnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Félix Pénzes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th match minute, Rákóczifalva SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Endre Dénes to maneuver through the defense. When Mantvydas Žalnerauskas came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC Pegasas Siauliai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mantvydas Žalnerauskas couldn't finish the play. Sándor Berényi kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Gintautas Jameikis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
