Christian Hidalgo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Müjdat Balıkçı made a huge save. Gaffar Ilımlı charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaffar Ilımlı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Müjdat Balıkçı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Medrano in the 31st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Necati Uluöz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Göktuğ Toygun got free with Odir Collado in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Hidayet Sarik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Odir Collado was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the game, Ernesto Medrano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Müjdat Balıkçı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Müjdat Balıkçı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Valenzuela, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC juveMET players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Made in Honduras.
