Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Erik Moreira made the kick off and thus started the match. Ovidiu Negoescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tasso having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Baicea in the 20th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Eliseu Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseu Tasso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nistor Cantemir's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 25 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Passos. In the 26th minute Ovidiu Negoescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Nistor Cantemir got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ovidiu Negoescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tasso having to interfere. If Ovidiu Negoescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Passos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Encanto's zone, Nistor Cantemir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu Tasso came out of the goal and Nistor Cantemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The attack was good, but when Ovidiu Negoescu in the 37th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Encanto's Eliseu Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Negoescu in the 40th minute of play. Eliseu Tasso came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Nistor Cantemir. But to his dismay, Nistor Cantemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Ovidiu Negoescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Mihail Gheție made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Furlan in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Nico Passos. Ovidiu Negoescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tasso having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Negoescu came free, but Eliseu Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Ovidiu Negoescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eliseu Tasso. Ovidiu Negoescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Nico Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Erik Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Encanto's goalkeeper Eliseu Tasso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Encanto's goalkeeper Eliseu Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nistor Cantemir. The crowd rose to their feet as Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Nistor Cantemir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliseu Tasso. That made the score 0-3 after 78 minutes of play. Encanto's Eliseu Tasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Encanto from getting a goal against them. The attack was good, but when Nistor Cantemir in the 94th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Nistor Cantemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Encanto throughout the match.
