Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) FC Rägi's Isai Emmeneger started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernabe Aimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gian Huerliman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Gian Huerliman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of FC Rägi booed when RCD CARABANCHEL SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Iturri didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gian Huerliman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isai Emmeneger in the 16th minute of play forced RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's goalkeeper Bernabe Aimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Aimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isai Emmeneger in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Isai Emmeneger made a precise shot to the right of Bernabe Aimar. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Pascual Ledesma got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 33rd minute Jirko Cotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Aimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Paolo Mikelats was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Rägi the free kick. The referee gave FC Rägi a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

FC Rägi's Harry Catalusci was substituted for Roy Nussbaum. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pascual Ledesma made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Remigio Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigio Hodei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Bourdette breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 54 played minutes FC Rägi got a freekick which was hit by Vittoriano Beaulé. In the 57th minute, FC Rägi's Luciano Decimo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Bernabe Aimar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luciano Decimo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 64 minute of play. The attack was good, but when Luciano Decimo in the 70th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 73rd minute, Ricardo Emesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luciano Decimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosendo Saturnin's late challenge caught a FC Rägi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Saturnin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to RCD CARABANCHEL SAD getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Rosendo Saturnin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Luciano Decimo managed to get in a good position for a shot.
