The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tymoteusz Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Kaznocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Tymoteusz Piszczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Sanocki in the 7th minute of the match. In the 11thth minute of the game Wasyl Oryniak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astral's Emil Niziolek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 16 played minutes Near End got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Gajewski. In the 18th minute, Wasyl Oryniak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Niziolek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Astral's zone, Wasyl Oryniak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Niziolek came out of the goal and Wasyl Oryniak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Igor Galaska who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Near End's Tymoteusz Piszczor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lech Miarka was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, one of Near End:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Near End. Near End's Wincenty Bartochowski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Damian Faron, made in the 33rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Astral's Igor Galaska got a free kick in the 38th minute. Near End's Tymoteusz Piszczor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Near End from getting a goal against them. Wasyl Oryniak hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tymoteusz Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Galaska in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Wladyslaw Sanocki made the kick off in the second half. Iwo Hatman hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Emil Niziolek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Czajka in the 58th minute. After 61 played minutes Astral got a freekick which was hit by Iwo Hatman. A hard shot by Alfred Czajka from long distance, 62 minutes into the match, got Emil Niziolek's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Tymoteusz Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Galaska in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Kaznocha in the 72nd minute of play forced Near End's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Wladyslaw Sanocki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tymoteusz Piszczor. Near End's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wladyslaw Sanocki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Tymoteusz Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wladyslaw Sanocki in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Near End was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Dziatkowicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute Wladyslaw Sanocki suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. After 95 minutes of play Near End's Teobald Dziatkowicz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 97th match minute, Near End was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Dziatkowicz to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Near End players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Astral.
