Patricio Garviras took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ziemowit Niedzwiecki. Ziemowit Niedzwiecki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Patricio Garviras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ziemowit Niedzwiecki having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Patricio Garviras notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Opus Dei's Ziemowit Niedzwiecki. Ziemowit Niedzwiecki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 22 played minutes Imperio Catatumbo de Lara got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Niță. In the 25th minute, Dalmau Tuo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Zoil Peregrin got control of the ball when Slawomir Plaski tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Garviras in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ziemowit Niedzwiecki saved Opus Dei from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubio Pando in the 39th minute of play forced Opus Dei's goalkeeper Ziemowit Niedzwiecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Rubio Pando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Opus Dei booed when Imperio Catatumbo de Lara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raebert Manzano didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Garviras in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ziemowit Niedzwiecki saved Opus Dei from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tolek Buczak made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Opus Dei's goal looked a bit too open when Rubio Pando came free, but Ziemowit Niedzwiecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Patricio Garviras got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jorge Niță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ziemowit Niedzwiecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Niță kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match, Raebert Manzano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ziemowit Niedzwiecki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jorge Niță hit a great ball. In the 66th match minute, Opus Dei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Buczak to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mancio Estevis hit a great ball. Edmund Sakowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raebert Manzano hit a great ball. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Zoil Peregrin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Buczak in the 79th minute of play. Ziemowit Niedzwiecki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Garviras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 81 minute of play. Ziemowit Niedzwiecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Garviras's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute of the match, Patricio Garviras tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ziemowit Niedzwiecki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Jorge Niță slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ziemowit Niedzwiecki. That made the score 0-4 after 92 minutes of play. Patricio Garviras's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Ziemowit Niedzwiecki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
