Spectators: 7563 (Terracing: 5673, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Defensores de Lombroso's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Gitano Cano scored to the left of an out of position Danilo Barrionuevo, making the score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Lombroso's zone, Gitano Cano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Barrionuevo came out of the goal and Gitano Cano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gitano Cano in the 8th minute of play forced Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Danilo Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edson Soret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Farias in the 12th minute of play. In the 12thth minute of the game Marcelo Farias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unikurdos United F.C.'s Edson Soret was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edson Soret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Defensores de Lombroso's Marcelo Farias in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unikurdos United F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Gitano Cano struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Edson Soret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Muc in the 29th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Muc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Edson Soret was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelo Farias kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Defensores de Lombroso got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Farias. If Elequemedo Teberga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Barrionuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elequemedo Teberga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loreto Galbans short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Danilo Barrionuevo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Natanael Urquiaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Gabriel Guillamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defensores de Lombroso made a substitution. Amadeo Remir replaced Ambrosio Muc. The supporters of Defensores de Lombroso booed when Unikurdos United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Guillamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Loreto Galban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unikurdos United F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Danilo Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elequemedo Teberga in the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Gitano Cano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unikurdos United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gitano Cano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Barrionuevo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Marcelo Farias sped through Unikurdos United F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edson Soret.
