Agro Imortal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Farias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the Agro Imortal defense, Marcelo Farias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalmo Passos. The Agro Imortal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalmo Passos should have stopped the shot. After 9 played minutes Agro Imortal got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Félix. After a rather tough play, Agro Imortal's Hamílton Coelho got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 12 played minutes, Defensores de Lombroso's Erasmo Lekubegi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dalmo Passos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Defensores de Lombroso reached it. 13 minutes into the game, Marcelo Farias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dalmo Passos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelo Farias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Caetano Félix came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Agro Imortal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caetano Félix couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute Alexandre Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Farias in the 30th minute of play forced Agro Imortal's goalkeeper Dalmo Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes, Caetano Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agro Imortal and the Defensores de Lombroso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caetano Félix hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Farias in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandre Lira to strike the kick off in the second half. Agro Imortal's Alexandre Lira got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Defensores de Lombroso's Marcelo Farias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmo Passos. That made the score 0-5 after 62 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice moves Marcelo Farias could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Dalmo Passos however easily saved by the left post. Agro Imortal's Dalmo Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Farias in the 75th minute of play. Defensores de Lombroso's Amadeo Remir was substituted for Ambrosio Muc. Erasmo Lekubegi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dalmo Passos. Agro Imortal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcelo Farias struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Dalmo Passos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Lombroso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Farias in the 84th minute of play forced Agro Imortal's goalkeeper Dalmo Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ladislao Cresconio came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Defensores de Lombroso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Cresconio couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's Marcelo Farias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dalmo Passos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Remir in the 93rd minute of play forced Agro Imortal's goalkeeper Dalmo Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmo Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Cresconio, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Defensores de Lombroso players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
