An unexpectedly hard shot by Demy Krommert in the 30th minute of play forced MaLe FC's goalkeeper Arne Blomqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, MK Investments's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Olof Duset came free, but Kelvin Overmars reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karsten Fleur, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Kelvin Overmars made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Axel Gustavsson in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Demy Krommert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ingemar Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of MK Investments booed when MaLe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jelle Heida was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. After 56 played minutes MK Investments got a freekick which was hit by Jelle Heida. Ingemar Larsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in MK Investments's zone, Jan-Olof Duset stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kelvin Overmars came out of the goal and Jan-Olof Duset tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute, Bo-Erik Jonsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Saenen got a throw-in 80 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Demy Krommert. In the 87th minute, Lucas Saenen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
