When Johan Albäck fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nytäppet Fc's protests and gave Johan Albäck a yellow card for diving instead. 7 minutes into the game, one of Nytäppet Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 11th minute, MaLe FC's Karl-Axel Gustavsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aaron Sjöberg. Aaron Sjöberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Arne Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Bruhn in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henrik Hedin during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nytäppet Fc getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Henrik Hedin hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Agne Engman made a precise shot to the right of Arne Blomqvist. MaLe FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Jan-Olof Duset charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Olof Duset the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Nytäppet Fc booed when MaLe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Olof Duset didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, MaLe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agne Engman came free, but Arne Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Bruhn took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Blomqvist. Arne Blomqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, MaLe FC's Sixten Zachrisson got a free kick in the 31st minute. Arne Blomqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agne Engman went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Arne Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gottfrid Gernberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Agne Engman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Hedin, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half Nytäppet Fc were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristian Bruhn was the one to do the kick off. Nytäppet Fc's Aaron Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Axel Gustavsson in the 60th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, MaLe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agne Engman came free, but Arne Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Blomqvist made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Agne Engman sent off a good shot on target. Arne Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agne Engman in the 75th minute of play. Nytäppet Fc made a substitution. Emanuel Brandin replaced Gottfrid Gernberg. Nytäppet Fc's Osvald Apelqvist was substituted for Magnus Nordström. Arne Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Brandin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, Nytäppet Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agne Engman to maneuver through the defense. MaLe FC's Arne Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agne Engman in the 87th minute of play. Lars-Erik Wiman hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Kristian Bruhn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Arne Blomqvist made a huge save. Nytäppet Fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
