Umberto Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Metolokos MZ Clube defense, Emiliano Teyo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dinei Carvalho. The Metolokos MZ Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dinei Carvalho should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Umberto Fonseca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benicio Senen. That made the score 1-1 in the 8 minute of play. Edgard Abascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dinei Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Jacinto came free, but Benicio Senen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Benicio Senen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Umberto Fonseca. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ciro Lando put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Dinei Carvalho. In the 26th minute, Carlos Ishmael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Hugo Fantini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Metolokos MZ Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC FUSION the free kick. After 28 played minutes Metolokos MZ Clube got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Fantini. The audience thought a goal was coming when Umberto Fonseca got free with Benicio Senen in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dinei Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 35 minutes on the clock, Alfredão da Fonseca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Metolokos MZ Clube! In the 37th minute there was a penalty for AFC FUSION. Carmelo Brais stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dinei Carvalho. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Jacinto in the 62nd minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Benicio Senen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Fabiano Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Senen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, AFC FUSION's Ciro Lando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dinei Carvalho. Dinei Carvalho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. 75 minutes into the match, Metolokos MZ Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Teyo came free, but Dinei Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Metolokos MZ Clube's zone, Edgard Abascal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinei Carvalho came out of the goal and Edgard Abascal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinei Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Ibon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
