Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Waclaw Marud took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Napoleon Kapinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerzy Duszenski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Marud in the 4th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Napoleon Kapinos got free with Radomir Bienienda in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Marud in the 12th minute of play forced FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Jerzy Duszenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Ziemowit Brzonkala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joga Bonito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ziemowit Brzonkala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th match minute, FA Sandtown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Watarz to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Ludomir Lisewski put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jerzy Duszenski. In the 28th minute, Joga Bonito's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bogdan Miecznikowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Radomir Bienienda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Kapinos in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Waclaw Marud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joga Bonito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Lucjan Watarz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Radomir Bienienda. Joga Bonito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sylwester Andrychowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47thth minute of the game Waclaw Marud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FA Sandtown's Jerzy Duszenski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

With a little luck, FA Sandtown's Jerzy Duszenski got control of the ball when Ludomir Lisewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Waclaw Marud came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Joga Bonito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waclaw Marud couldn't finish the play. Jerzy Duszenski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Marud in the 67th minute of play. In the 74th minute Napoleon Kapinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Bienienda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Waldemar Penkalski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joga Bonito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FA Sandtown the free kick. In the 78th minute, Waldemar Penkalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Zenon Pieknik came free, but Radomir Bienienda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waclaw Marud struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jerzy Duszenski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joga Bonito. Jerzy Duszenski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waclaw Marud in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Waclaw Marud reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jerzy Duszenski. The goal made the score 0-3. Lucjan Watarz kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
