In the 16th minute, Gil Peres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emerson Leal struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ramón Bertassi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espigão Steamrollers. In the 23rd minute, Gil Peres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmílson Senna in the 56th minute of play. If Edmílson Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 66 minutes, Edmílson Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmílson Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Carlos Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ramón Bertassi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espigão Steamrollers. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Carlos Paranaense in the 72nd minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ramón Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Edmílson Senna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vicente Catarinense. The goal made the score 1-3. A collision led to Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gil Peres hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Adalberto Quadros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramón Bertassi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
