Nolan Bästlein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adhemar Torres in the 32nd minute of play. Adhemar Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Paulo Baptista struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Nolan Bästlein didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petardo Futebol e Surf. Nolan Bästlein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adhemar Torres's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adhemar Torres in the 40th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Nolan Bästlein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wulf-Dieter Schwarze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Armando Antunes made a huge save. Armando Antunes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adhemar Torres to make the kick off. A hard shot 64 in the game by Adhemar Torres from a close distance when the talented Nolan Bästlein managed to make a qualified save. Hamburg Fighters's players were relieved.
