FA Sandtown's Lucjan Serwach got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Zenon Pieknik fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FA Sandtown's protests and gave Zenon Pieknik a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FA Sandtown getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Zenon Pieknik hit a great ball. The supporters of Villa Ballester FC booed when FA Sandtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Watarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Arsenio Efraim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerzy Duszenski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When FA Sandtown's Napoleon Kapinos in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Ballester FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 21st minute, Tomás Clementi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jerzy Duszenski. The goal made the score 2-0. Villa Ballester FC's Tomás Clementi got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerzy Duszenski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arsenio Efraim went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogdan Miecznikowski in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Librado saved Villa Ballester FC from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Edgardo Librado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Kapinos in the 52nd minute of play. Zbyszek Zahemski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Edgardo Librado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Vincente kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FA Sandtown's Lucjan Watarz got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Napoleon Kapinos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Ballester FC's Edgardo Librado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Zenon Pieknik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Librado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Kapinos in the 71st minute of the match. When Napoleon Kapinos came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the FA Sandtown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Napoleon Kapinos couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute Napoleon Kapinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Librado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Huratiak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Edgardo Librado made a huge save. When FA Sandtown's Napoleon Kapinos in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Ballester FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Napoleon Kapinos took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Edgardo Librado to make any attempt to save it. Napoleon Kapinos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Calixto kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, FA Sandtown's Lucjan Serwach tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Villa Ballester FC had won after a very even match.
